IGZ live on site at Hannover Messe 2023

From April 17 to 21, 2023, IGZ was represented as an exhibitor at the world's leading trade fair for industry for the 9th time. More than 4,000 exhibitors presented their solutions for a digital, networked and sustainable industry and met 130,000 visitors from all over the world in Hannover.

The main theme was "Industrial Transformation" with a focus on digitalization and sustainability. In this way, the world's most important industrial trade show set clear impulses for more climate protection in business and industry and made clear the contribution that digitization, automation and regenerative energies can make in combination.

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) are at the heart of the digitalization of production processes. IGZ showed its broad spectrum in the area of SAP DIGITAL MANUFACTURING for discrete manufacturing and the process industry.

On the basis of selected IGZ live demos, our visitors were able to see for themselves how an optimization of production processes can be achieved with the use of SAP Digital Manufacturing. The visitors from the discrete industry were particularly impressed by our German Innovation Award-winning IDA2 worker assistance system. This system makes the "zero defect" strategy a reality for an assembly process and your Factory of Excellence. For our visitors from the process industry we had prepared best practice solutions based on SAP Digital Manufacturing for automated filling processes including machine connection.

A special highlight was once again our traditional Zoigl evening with Zoigl beer and Bavarian specialties, which was very well received by our visitors.
