Zero-Touch, Maximum Efficiency Automation that makes the difference!

IGZ Falkenberg, 21.01.2025 // Process optimization and cost reduction have been key levers for companies for years to maximize their efficiency and sustainably strengthen competitiveness. In this context, automation plays a central role. But with the multitude of available technologies, the question arises: Which automation solutions offer real, long-term added value?

Innovation for the Logistics of the Future

From March 11 to 13, IGZ will showcase innovative solutions at LogiMAT 2025 that prepare companies for the logistical challenges of the future. SAP engineers will demonstrate, with three live demos, how the combination of automation with SAP standard software and artificial intelligence (AI) transforms the entire supply chain:

  • The plug-in robotics solution “LUKE4” automates single-item picking, significantly increasing speed, safety, and quality. The fourth generation of the IGZ robotics solution can also take on additional functions and added services, such as automatic labeling and 100% inspections.
  • The system control station, Smart Logistics Cockpit (SLC), enables proactive monitoring of the entire logistics system based on AI algorithms directly in SAP EWM (no subsystems required). SLC helps to identify critical operational states early enough to prevent them through preventive measures.
  • In transport management, IGZ presents sustainable solutions that enable companies to make their entire supply chain processes CO2-neutral.

IGZ’s SAP engineers, as an established market leader with over 25 years of experience, have always developed the optimal solution strategy based on SAP standard software for their customers. By deeply understanding individual requirements, we create the best solution for each customer. As a result, companies benefit from tailor-made automation solutions that deliver measurable value and sustainable advantages.

"The intralogistics of tomorrow is already a reality today. With our innovative automation solutions, such as the use of robots in picking, we are setting new standards in functionality, efficiency, and reliability,

says IGZ Managing Director Johann Zrenner

"Automation solutions with real, long-term added value emerge where innovation meets experience and individual requirements are understood. Our solutions, based on SAP standard software and artificial intelligence, prove that future-proof technologies create sustainable benefits. They are not fleeting trends, but success factors for a functional intralogistics system as part of the supply chain – for companies that are already thinking about tomorrow today."
